To produce our Retsina we use state of the art technology and high quality first materials. The base are our organic grapes from the indigenous variety Roditis. We ferment them together with the pine resin, that we collect from our own pine trees. The result is a high quality modern style Retsina.
Late harvest, hand-picked and hand-sorted, temperature-controlled extraction. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. Deep yellow colour with intense aromas of apricot, peach and a hint of lemon. Complex texture and a creamy body with a natural sweetness and a well-balanced acidity.
