Winemaking: Hand-picked and hand-sorted, after fermentation aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.

Tasting notes: A pale honey coloured wine, vibrant ripe with a slightly oaky flavour with notes of pear and pineapple. Creamy and full bodied with a long finish.

Food Pairing: Pasta, white meat, sea foods and grilled fish.

Label: Kiss the frog and it turns into a handsome prince.
