Varietal Wine, Peloponnese
Winemaking: Hand-picked and hand-sorted, the wine spends 2-3 weeks on the skins. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
– Organic certified according to European Organic Regulations (EC) No 834/2007 –
Tasting notes: Purple red colour, round and well-structured medium body, aromas of ripe red fruits and Mediterranean herbs, supported by elegant use of oak barrels. Well integrated acidity and fine tannin followed by a long finish.
Food Pairing: Mediterranean meat dishes, lamb stew, pasta with tomato based sauces.
